QUALITY OUTDOOR FURNITURE

Had a long call with a sales rep when I was ordering, needed some help to understand if their outdoor furniture can withstand our weather. Waited a month to leave this review, and they didn't lie.

The patio tables and chairs I bought are so far the same as on day 1 with the exception of one table that got some random bubbles on the top. After talking to their support, seems like it was a defect in manufacturing. Considering that I bought 30 tables, one table is no problem for me. Thank you for staying true to your word, not many companies do that nowadays.

Now it is time to replace the tables and chairs inside our restaurant and I can say with confidence that I will buy from them again. I hope I get that one table that is damaged for free in my next order :)

Bought a mix of furniture for our pub from their website. Ordering was easy, tracking also. I don't have any complaints about the furniture or the team at this company. My only complaint is the delivery time. It took 3+ weeks for our order to be delivered.

Waited 5 weeks more for my order to arrive then what I was quoted. They said the product wasn't in stock, I am not sure if I saw that on their website when I was ordering. I did notice it later. Bought 120 ladder back wooden chairs and 40 Lorenzo wood chairs. The entire order came pretty well wrapped and packed. Took some time to unpack it. The chairs look cool and durable.

Bought 140 chairs, quality products, late delivery

Despite the delay in delivery by roughly twenty days, my order of 140 aluminum outdoor chairs arrived without any damage and that was I believe thanks to the packaging. Customer support was always ready to give me an update on where my order is, and that is a plus. I am not happy that I had to wait for so long, quality of the chairs is good. Will see how they handle after a few months.

Bought custom booths and chairs online from restaurantfurniture.net, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I placed my order just before the holiday season so I had enough time to "give it a test run", and despite the hustle and bustle, the furniture has held up remarkably well. In my order were six-channel back booths and custom booth seat frames. In addition to the booths, I also ordered 50 premium schoolhouse wood chairs with a custom Cherry finish. Made a small mistake when I was ordering and missed a letter in my email. Their customer service agent Juliana solved it in a minute. Got order confirmation to my mail and the delivery was as fast. My order arrived after 10 days. Wasn't a big order (a dozen metal frame bar stools) but they arrived without a scratch. very happy with my experience and this company. Expect an order for a few tables soon.

Tracking the order was a bit hard, I couldn't find the tracking number but I had help from their support agents and figured it out eventually. Delivery was on time and the furniture I bought arrived without any damage. The packaging was ok, I would have packed it better but that's just me. Overall, a positive buying experience considering I bought 40 chairs and 10 tables.
